Instructions (2027 Edition)

The workshop accepts two categories of submissions: Regular papers and Show & Tell sessions

Regular papers. Authors are invited to submit original, previously unpublished research papers. Submissions are expected to be in English and no longer than 12 pages, and short papers between 6 and 11 pages long, including tables, figures, the bibliography, and appendices.
Each paper should contain a short abstract, clarifying the relation of the paper with the main topics (preferably using the list of topics above), clearly stating the problem being addressed, the goal of the work, the results achieved, and the relation to other work.

Show & Tell. In addition, we welcome summaries of work already published or under submission elsewhere, descriptions of work in progress, tutorials, and practical experience reports. These categories will not be published but will have space for presentation. The format of the category is free and should not exceed 2 pages.

Submission

Submissions must use the Springer LNCS/LNBIP format (https://www.springer.com/gp/computer-science/lncs/conference-proceedings-guidelines). Submissions must be in English and cannot exceed 12 pages (including tables, figures, the bibliography, and appendices).

Papers should be submitted electronically as a self-contained PDF file via the submission system (https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=icpm2027). When submitting your paper in the submission system, please select the name of the workshop track, “Processes, Laws and Compliance”.

Publication

Springer will publish all workshop papers as a post-workshop proceedings volume in the Lecture Notes in Business Information Processing (LNBIP) series.

Registration

At least one author of each accepted paper must register and participate in the workshop. Please visit the main conference website (https://icpmconference.org/2027/) for more information.

Online presentations have not been considered as an option at ICPM since 2021. Remote attendance is not allowed for ICPM and co-located events this year either.
